What is the difference between a Recumbent and Upright bike?

An Upright Bike (or Studio Cycle) mimics a traditional road bike with the pedals under your body; it engages your core and allows for more intense cardio. A Recumbent Bike has a larger seat with a backrest and pedals in front, offering superior comfort and lumbar support for longer, low-impact sessions.

Is an exercise bike good for belly fat loss?

Do I need special cycling shoes?

How much floor space do I need?

Exercise bikes are generally the most compact cardio equipment. A standard studio cycle takes up approximately 4ft x 2ft of floor space. We recommend leaving a small clearance zone around the bike for safe mounting and dismounting.
